Why register your club?

If your club members are eight to eighteen years old, you are eligible to join Get Hooked on Life. You'll be in good company! Hundreds of clubs in the region are already benefitting from all these good reasons to register with Get Hooked on Life:

2. The Get Hooked on Life site provides a wide ranging directory of quality assured providers - all instantly available at the click of a mouse for you to choose from.
   
3. Each provider has a detailed profile, full qualifications and CRB checks and you will be able to read all about them before you book an activity.
   
4. An easy way for you to bring the region's best providers of crafts, dance, drama, sports, adrenaline activities and much, much more into your club.
   
5. Your site will provide safe, social networking between all your members - even from eight years old, keeping them constantly engaged with your club and each other.
6. You will be able to find out exactly what the young people in your club would like to do when they click the ‘make it happen' button on the site - no more hands up or lists of names getting lost.
7. Some of the activities are free, some are already funded, some are subsidised... but all can be booked using points that young people have earned (through good citizenship), won or have had purchased for them, by family members or club funds.

Which clubs can register?

Get Hooked on Life clubs come in a wide variety of shapes and forms, they are as different as their members. Whether you have formed a club out of a common interest - for example karate, music or street dance... or your club is based in an area of the city like a youth group, any club with any number of members is eligible to join Get Hooked on Life.

How to register

Registration is completely free and only takes a quick 45 minute meeting to get you started. Once the meeting has been arranged we will email you a simple electronic proforma about your club it will save time if you can fill this in and return it prior to your visit because we can then create your club profile online and bring your draft club profile (like this one) out to you when we visit.

The only other thing that we will need at our meeting is evidence of your enhanced disclosure CRB check for any member of staff that will be given access.
