Brownies and Guides Self Defence Class
A fun and exciting short course in self defence and personal safety.The young people act out scenarios from real life examples and learn to adapt their behaviour to to suit the circumstances.
That is why we also teach how to identify potential dangers, what strategies will be employed to get into your safety zone and equip participants with street real effective physical techniques to repell unwanted aggressors.
