Get Hooked On Life is an exciting new social enterprise, which organises activities for young people around Sheffield. We offer our volunteers a fun environment in which to work and learn new skills. We accept volunteers of all ages, (If you are aged between 16-25 you will also work with the V-Inspired charity to achieve your V-award). No experience or qualifications are necessary, just lots of enthusiasm for the work we are doing!
Our placements put you in charge. You can decide how much time you want to contribute and our dedicated volunteer coordinator will strive to ensure you get a placement tailored to your needs. Get Hooked on Life will give you an excellent opportunity to gain new skills and experiences. It is also a great way to expand your CV without any formal training and it looks great to potential employers!

We value our volunteers. As a volunteer you will be supporting the young people taking part in our activities; ensuring they (and you!) get the most out of the experience. When you're volunteering with us we want you to have fun; engage with young people, and help all those taking part in the activity to have a positive and rewarding experience.
